This session will supply you with the 4 required credits towards your Dwelling Contractor Qualifier license renewal\, per the new DSPS rule.\n\n\n\nIf you have not completed the 4-hour required course for DSPS\, you will need to complete this full session. \n\n\n\nPresenters will cover important information related to construction laws\, codes\, contracts\, liability\, and risk management. Builders will learn about the process of lien law\, including identification notices and how to file for liens\; the importance of a good contract and what to include in a contract\, and how to resolve disputes\; the most common building code violations and how to fix them\; and how to protect themselves and their employees including important information from OSHA on safety priorities.\n\n\n\nEducational Classes in This Session:\n\n	Construction Lien Laws (1 hour)\n	Dispute Resolution & Contracts (1 hour)\n	Wall Bracing Code (1 hour)\n	Fall Protection (1 hour)
